North Yorkshire Council is developing a series of Town Investment Plans to help guide future investment decisions, build economic growth, and support economic growth of towns across North Yorkshire. Several towns will begin the community consultation phase of the programme this month.
The results will be used to better understand how residents and visitors feel about the town and what they would like to see improved. This will then identify projects that support the growth of the town, its people and its businesses, enhance the local environment and deliver facilities that enrich the lives of those visiting, living and working in Skipton.
