NOTICE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS AND PUBLICATION OF UNAUDITED ANNUAL RETURN

Under the terms of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, Sections 26 and 27 – The Accounts and Audit regulations 2015 (SI 2015/234) the Annual Return for the year ended March 2026 is made available for your perusal. You are free to make copies of these documents and all accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates together with all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other documents relating to those records. These documents will be made available on reasonable application to the Clerk to the Council on 01756 668209 during the period Monday 15th June 2026 until Friday 24th July 2026.
