Examiners Report and Reg 18 Decision Statement
The Gargrave Neighbourhood Plan has been subject to an independent planning review by Craven District Council. At the last Craven Spatial Planning Meeting the Plan was approved, subject to a number of recommendations raised by the planning inspector being implemented. Craven District Council also decided the Plan could go forward to a referendum by Gargrave residents who can then vote for or against using the plan in development decisions for Gargrave. They issued a Regulation 18 Decision Statement which gave further details of how the decision was reached and information about the forthcoming referendum, copy available below.
